Return & Refund Policy
At Wallified, every product is printed on demand and often customized exclusively for you. Due to this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
No Returns Policy
All orders are final sale. Once an order has been placed, returns or exchanges are not accepted. This policy applies to all customised, personalised, and print-on-order products.
Damaged or Defective Items
We understand that issues may occur during printing or transit. If you receive a damaged product, a defective print, or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, provide clear photos of the product, photos of the packaging, and your order number. After verification, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please review all order details carefully before confirming payment.
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable for print-on-order or customised products. A refund will only be considered if a replacement is not possible in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
